Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens; if you must change your appointment, we respectfully request the following: 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling. This allows us time to inform standby clients of any availability. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment date. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future session. We appreciate your understanding and support of our business!
